No, each user is only permitted one account. The account can be funded from different credit cards and used on different sites. There is no need for more than one account and this is specifically prohibited.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A TRANSFER TO SHOW UP IN MY ACCOUNT?	Top
Most transfers show up in your account immediately. Funding your PEBusiness from your credit card will show up immediately in your wallet upon your credit card company approving the transaction. Transfers to merchants for goods and services are usually shown in your PEBusiness immediately depending on when the merchant accepts your transfer. Transfers to other users are delayed until the user accepts your transfer
